This a the view through the binoculars from our porch! GOD has created a beautiful world for us to enjoy, may the Name of the LORD be forever praised!

The girls at our church had fun with Coreys hair! He has been busy trying to work and keep his play schedule up to date!

This is what Corey ate, there is a man named Chico who sells shaved ice with sweetened Condensed milk on it!

Coreys Breakfast! When Corey is at the pastors house this is what his meal might look like!

Franklin is working setting posts for electric inside the camp property!
He is working hard to get the electricity hooked up, pray for his safety!

Mary and James will be off to school, please keep them in your prayers this week!
We appreciate your prayers and support of this ministry as we build a place of rest and restoration,

Been farmin' long?

This week was agriculture week. This picture of the oxen is on our way to church! They were all lined up along the side getting ready to file down the road!

These pictures are of my fashion, hehe! We celebrated ag day with the local senior citizens group in the community the camp center is in! It was a wonderful activity. One of my favorite things about the day was that the people were all asked to bring vegetables or fruits as an offering and then these were either used in a great soup they made called "Olla de Carne" vegetable stew, to eat together and the rest that were left over were sold and the profit went to the seniors group! It was a great time of sharing they even told some old tales from the olden days, the seniors laughed and laughed, laughter is good medicine! Smile, JESUS loves you! Thank yo for giving in order for us to carry out the call GOD put on our lives to serve HIM in a country where he would show us! GOD has spoken to us about building a camp and training center to minister to he needs of the costa rican church and individuals needing a touch from the MASTER-JESUS CHRIST! If you haven't given and would like to you can give on line at www.globaloutreach.org or you can send your check to Gloal Outreach P.O. Box 1 Tupelo, MS 38802 made out to Global Outreach for Franklin & Evelyn Turner

Welcome to the Camp Taller Del Maestro!

Good afternoon! This has been a wonderful week here in Costa Rica at the Camp! We have had dry weather here in this area, so it has beautiful to get work done! We have been working on the gate as you can see we can now close the front gate and it has a chain with a lock! There is no fence yet, so they can walk around to come in! But at least it lets the people know there are boundries! As Moses heard GOD tell him in the wilderness, you are standing on HOLY ground, we pray that whoever enters this camp center will feel the HOLY Presence of JESUS and come to know HIM as their Saviour and LORD!

trees bees and such!

These pictures were taken at the farm yesterday. The men who were working captured these little bees, they are minatures, barely 1/8 inch across! They are well known across the world for their honey, it is used in beauty treatments and shampoos, and for healing!
Thank you LORD for such a wonderful creation! Franklin and I would have overlooked them but these guys have an eye for beauty don't you think!?

We have had several people who have been working with us at the farm, Camp Taller del Maestro. Franklins arm is a little sore and after working each day they still have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the truck!
We are so thankful and are excited about having the opportunity to begin in this new step in our lives in ministry!
Thank you for praying sharing our burdens and joy! May GOD richly bless you today as you seek to serve JESUS each day.
If you would like to come personally to work along side of us. You can talk with the teams co-ordinator at Global Outreach 662-842-4615 and they can set up dates for you, and help get you started. You can also call us here in Costa Rica at 011-506-2418-5511.
GOD bless you today!

Pastors shoes

Could you walk in his shoes?
This is a good question for each of us as we question decisions made by our pastor his wife or those in charge of our church or institution where we work or where we worship GOD!
It is easy to say I would have done it this way or it should be done another way.
But as the old saying goes, don't judge the person unless you have walked 2 miles in his shoes!
We are thankful for our Pastor Olger and Guiselle his wife. Many times we would do things differently but GOD called
them to lead and we must follow their leadership and submit to
JESUS CHRIST Author and finisher of our faith!

This is Caleb.
For those of you who haven't met this young man he is a walking testimony of GODS grace!
He and 2 brothers and his mom were in a bad accident 2 years ago. One brother was killed and
Caleb was on the brink of death several times as he fought to live!
The doctors told him he would never walk again, and his mom was told even if he survived the best they could hope for was that he would be bedfast for the rest of his life, the best he would do is possibly be in a wheelchair! Well, he is living proof that GODS grace is sufficient!
We all prayed at the church as Caleb laid in a coma in the hospital,
and to tell you the truth I had very little faith that he would live!
But GOD had a wonderful plan for Caleb and the many people around him!
He now is able to walk with a cane, yestersay he walked to the church, it is about 1/2 city block from his house. Then I gave him a ride back up to his house in the truck!
PRAISE JESUS, He is our healer!
Caleb has accepted JESUS as his Saviour and was baptized a few weeks ago. His testimony has encouraged many and several people have confessed JESUS as their Saviour since seeing the miracle of Calebs recovery!
Caleb will be going to INA the National Institute of Learning, to study English and Computers, starting in a few weeks!

Where does your bridge take you?

This is a picture Mary took on our way home from San Jose.
I was looking back through our pictures, there are 100s!
I was impressed by how she took this picture, a bridge,
a simple bridge, there are many, but this one, without beginning or end, is kind of like GOD!
HE is always forever there, no beginning or end!
PRAISE HIM!
I am glad to serve such a great GOD! Our leader JESUS CHRIST has gone before us
and shown us the way, and by obedience to GOD in JESUS we also will live forever!
So stepout in faith and walk across that bridge in your life that is connecting you to JESUS,
HE will be there with you each step of the way and you wil not fall or stumble,
HIS LOVE NEVER FAILS! Trust JESUS!

The B-I-B-L-E

THE WORD

Franklin had the opportunity to share from the Bible in church.
Sometimes we take the Bible so for granted, read it today it is the love letter from GOD to each one of us!
May you be encouraged wherever you are today to walk with JESUS in your daily life and do not let your heart be troubled, JESUS is with you! HE will never leave you nor forsake you!

Jesus is my strength

These are some flowers in our yard!
Good morning,

Blessings from Costa Rica to your house! We take for granted so many daily blessings, it is so true, we don't know what we have till it is gone!

We are thankful for our family and for our church. God has truely blessed us with uncountable blessings!

Mary and James both went to school this morning at 7. Their school schedule leaves a lot to be desired, I am thankful for our vehicles! I really don't know how some parents do it running up and down with kids! And sometimes becuase they don't have a phone the teacher is unable to let them know of changes!

So today count your many blessings name them one by one, you won't have time to be sad or troubled by what you don't have!

Blessings in Jesus, Evelyn
