Puppies?

Have you watched veggie tales? We used to but now our kids are 11 and almost 15, Mary turns 15 next week, call her hint hint, her phone number is 011-506-8912-9687.
Well back to the veggie tales, we have 5 puppies and 2 adult dogs, yes we are keeping 2 puppies the rest have to find a new home! But,,, in the meantime we have been working with these puppies as now they are 5 weeks old and VERY mobile! They are under your feet and in everything! So yesterday and part of today was dedicated to the puppies!

We built them a pen and bathed them and sprayed for fleas, yes it had become a plague! So we have been laughing about veggie tales if you have watched the Esther one where the girls are singing to see who the king will accept as his queen. The girl just before Esther sings, puppies are cuddly, puppies are cute, they're never nasty or mean, I'd give a home to all the lost puppies if ever one day I was queen, and Haman looks over at the King and says, whatcha gonna do with all them dogs??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That has been our line this week! Whatcha gonna do with all them dogs????? They are cute enough but we are ready for them to take a one way trip!Do you need a pet??

Meanwhile... we keep working in the name of JESUS telling others of His love for them, that JESUS shed His blood on the cross for my sins and yours! Thank you for praying for us and giving that others may be ministered to in the wonderful name of JESUS!

Gods mercies are new each day!

This morning we had a beautiful sunrise but just as quickly the sun hid behind the clouds! It has been cool and cloudy all day.
We left the camp center to come to church at 8. It takes about 45 minutes to drive here to church. We had a wonderful service, those of you who have come to visit know how wonderful the music and people are! GOD has blessed us with a wonderful church family!
We have a meeting with the directors of the church this afternoon then we plan to go see Rebeca and Nago. We are so thankful for their conversion it is exciting to see the life of someone completely changed!
They now come to church together and sit up front to recieve the WORD OF GOD! We have seen growth in their life spiritually and it is great! PRAISE THE LORD!
It has been raining every day it is a blessing as parts of Costa Rica and Central America that haven't recieved this rain and the crops are drying up!
Thank you again for your prayers and support, keep praying for us we have been very blessed with good health and able to do the work GOD has called us to here in Costa Rica building the camp center in the Name of JESUS for the Glory of GOD!

We had a wonderful week with Alice and Nancy! You guys were a true blessing to us!

 

We now have tile in our one bathroom!

 

James and Alice had school all week James had a new teacher! Today they made a cake! James turned 11 years old! Happy birthday big boy!

A little muddy fun!

Ok Tuesday started just like most days off to school and work and moving etc! Mary got home in the afternoon a while before James had gotten home, and had an achen to do something different! Well different they did! They took the hose and made a muddy spot beside the multi purpose building and played and played! What fun!

 

 

If we could just abandon our afternoon some times like a child and with foolisness play a little, imagine what GOD could do with us! HE loves it when we enjoy HIS great and wonderful creation HE made special for us! (even Mud!) Thank you for your prayers for us!! Never take for granted that we are ok, keep praying and GOD keeps listening, like children who play, let's take a little time for fun now and then, and then we will have more strength for the not so fun things we are called to do the rest of the day! Thank you for praying and giving to make this mission: possible!

Worship and play on CHRISTMAS day!

This is the worship service with our friends from our church and from Paso Ancho and Guanacaste!

OUR VERY OWN SOCCER TEAM!

Olger our pastor is on the left end with the hat on almost under the umbrella!!

They played well but came up 2 points short to win the game! But they were happy and had a great soccer game against our friends from paso ancho. IN CHRIST we never come up short but we are all winners if we just believe in JESUS and have faith in HIM alone!
