Work?

Jessica drew this picture to show a funny side she saw in her uncle Franklin!
Our team members who have come to work along side us here in Costa Rica have a different view of life after being in a different climate and culture for a week or more! This was a picture Jessica had of Franklin after following him around for several weeks working with us building various things like tables for Sunday School rooms here at the church, and preparing for our camp center.
Jessica saw Franklin build things out of seemed like nothing and every where we went we would watch for wood and tin that is thrown away as building materials are expensive! So she drew this picture of Franklin, telling about her experience working with her uncle! We enjoy when teams come and love the way they give us a different perspective on where we live and how the people here live.
Now we wear many hats during our week here and every day is different! People who come ask what is your regular week like? It seems there is not a routine, as soon as you get used to doing things one way they change and we do it different the next day!
But that is the way a life lived by faith in JESUS CHRIST is, as He leads we follow, and we try not to say well it worked this way the last time! Because in CHRIST we are a new creation so things are bound to be different today than they were yesterday,
His mercies are new each day!
Thank you for visiting our blog site! Here's hoping you are encouraged to step out in faith and do things a little different.
May the peace of JESUS rest on you this week!

Visa

Today we are praising the LORD for one more miracle one we have prayed for and so have you! Thank you to each of you who have prayed and given to make it possible for us to recieve this blessing! We went yesterday to take the pictures for the visa at immigration and of course there is always some kind of back up the enemy puts in the way, so they tell us that the system was down and nothing was moving. So we waited outside for what seemed like 8 hours but actually was only about 2 hours!
Then Patricia the lady who helped us with the process said, "we are moving inside as an act of faith as Joshua moved into the enemys camp!" In about 30 minutes they called us to take the pictures, the computer took James' then it would not work for the rest of us! So the lady told us to wait outside again and she'd call us! After another 30 minutes she called and this time bingo, the camera worked and she took all the pictures and said for us to come back tomorrow! So after 4 hours we had pictures! So today we went back prepared to wait a while, we get to the desk and she takes our passports in the back. In 20 min the lady came called us and we signed she handed us the visas and out the door went went JUMPING AND LEAPING AND PRAISING GOD! Of course we could not make a scene that would not glorify our FATHER, and also there are lines and lines of people in every step of the process who have
waited many years spent lots of money, and still no visa!

GOD chose our family to be an example of HIS GREAT GRACE, and gave our visa in 15 days!
PRAISE BE TO JESUS to the glory of the FATHER!

Thank you for praying but don't stop!!! We are believing GOD for the same miracle for the land we need for the
camp and training center
TALLER DEL MAESTRO GLOBAL OUTREACH here in Tabarcia!

Keep your eyes on JESUS CHRIST the author and finisher of our faith!
