Good News!

Good Afternoon!
As I opened the Bible on-line to study this morning I am using the New International Version; Mark 1:1The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God
How could I have read this passage numerous times and never saw how it says, the beginning of the GOOD NEWS ABOUT JESUS; WOW! this really spoke to me!
No matter how many times we read the Bible it is living and each time our spirit is in tune with the Holy Spirit HE reveals news to us, good news! We can sure use some good news in our culture and times we live in right now!

So here at the Camp Center we have been working on the soccer field this past 2 weeks. James started working with Franklin last week! As he grows we want to teach him as much as we can time is coming when he will be grown up and hopefully he can teach others about JESUS! James is happy to be making a little money, $2 per hour counts up quickly! :)
He did his school work this morning. He has a cooking class so today was lab work, means he got to actually put some of those skills to work! He made Banana bread, I must say it was the best  have ever eaten! About halfway through the morning his buddy Ellioth called him up to see if he'd be in Tabarcia today! So now he rode the bus to Tabarcia. So Dad let him have the afternoon off! We are glad for his friends as living out here alone with parents can get a little boring! We go to church 4 days per week so this is a great time for James! We have 25 youth who are coming regularly to church! What a blessing to have the opportunity to pour into their lives!
We started back in March of 2014 working with youth on Friday nights. We meet from 5-8pm, we take board games connect4 jenga, Uno, battleship etc. and play games with them. Of course there are some who always are playing soccer! They also love Frisbee!
Then around 6:15 we have a Bible lesson teaching them truths from GODS Word! Some of the older youth only come for the Bible lesson, not to play games! This is wonderful! There are youth ages 11-20 years old!  Please pray for these kids and for us as we work with them. Pray that GOD would give us patience, wisdom, and energy to teach and disciple them!
JESUS BLESS YOU! Franklin Evelyn Mary & James
